England 256/8(87 overs), Day 2nd, 1st test


With the help of marvelous inning played by Nick Compton , who scored 85 runs after facing 236 deliveries and that by James Taylor, who scored 70 runs after facing 137 deliveries, English team has scored 256 runs at a loss of 8 wickets on the second day of first test match at Kingsmead in Durban.

James Taylor and Nick Compton dug England out of trouble on a rain-hit first day of the first Test against South Africa after having half centuries for each, but Taylor got out by Steyn at the end of the day. 

Nick Compton is still on the field with his marvelous inning in which he has added 63 after facing 179 deliveries, which also include 4 boundaries.

Dale Steyn got 3 wickets and Morne Morkel got 4 wickets, with the help of which South Africa is going to pack up England's first inning most probably within 300 runs.



India 215/10&176/10, South Africa 

79/10&185/10, Day 3, 3rd Test Match

With the help of 12 wicket tones of Ashwin and 4 wicket tones from both Amit Mishra and Jadeja, Team India defeated South Africa by 124 runs in the third test match of the four test match series played at Nagpur.

With this win, India have taken an unassailable 2-0 lead in the test series of four matches, with just one more game to go. In the second match, none of the teams could get a result and hence only a single test match has been left in the series, which means that Team India has clinched off this series before the last game.


From the bowling department of team India, Ashwin got the best performance of his test career as he took 7 wickets in the second inning and 5 ones in the first, which collectively become 12 wicket tone from the most experienced spinner of India just for 98 runs.

Ashwin got man of the match for his 12 wicket haul in both innings of South Africa.

Day 2, 3rd Test Match

On the second day of the third test match between India and South Africa, spinners got tremendous support from the wicket of Nagpur as total wickets shared by spinners on the day is 17 wickets.

Ashwin got 5 wickets and Jadeja got four wickets, which helped India to pack up the South Africans first inning just at a total of 79 runs, which is the least score of South Africa against India.

After South Africa, it was the turn of Indian batsmen who could not found the trick against Imran Tahir and Morkel as team India's second inning got packed up just at a total score of 176 runs. Imran
Tahir got 5 wickets and Morkel got three, which packed up Indian batting line up just at a total score of 176 runs.

Now, India need 8 wickets to win this four match series and South Africa needs 278 runs to win the third test match at Nagpur as South Africa lost its two early wickets at just a total score of 32 runs in the fourth inning of the match.

India 215/10(78.2 overs), South Africa 79/10&

(9 overs), Day 1, 3rd Test Match

South Africa dismissed India for 215 in the first innings with nine overs more to play on Day 1 of the third Test match at the VAC stadium in Nagpur, on Wednesday.

After pack up of the first inning of the Indian batting line up, South African team also got initial shock and South Africans have lost its two early wickets very quickly just at a score of 12 runs in their first innings.

South Africans are trailing by 204 runs from the first inning total of Team India in the third test match of four test match series of the tour.

South African main pacer Morne Morkel took three wicket for 35 runs and other three wickets were equally shared by Rabada, Dean and Imran Tahir.


Ashwin got the important wicket of Van, who got caught out by Rahane and Jadeja got wicket of South African night watchman Imran Tahir who could not defend his wickets on a perfect delivery from Jadeja, which made South African score 12 runs at the loss of two wickets.

Bangladesh: 135/9, 20 overs, Zimbabwe: 42/5, 

9.4 overs

In a twenty twenty match against Bangladesh, Zimbabwe has scored 42 runs at a loss of five wicket in 9.4 overs. Bangladesh scored 135 runs in fixed 20 overs and gave a target of 136 runs to win the match for Zimbabwe.

Anamul Haque made 47 runs of 51 balls and Tamim Iqbal scored 21 runs of 15 balls, with the help of which Bangladesh scored 135 runs in 20 overs. Zimbabwe need 94 runs in 64 balls and has only 5 wickets left in hand.

Australia: 559/9, New Zealand: 510/6, Day 3

Against a big Australian total of 559/9 in the second test match of the test series , New Zealand has scored 510 runs with a loss of six wickets. Now, New Zealand is 49 runs behind the Australian total after the stumps of the game of third day.

Now, if New Zealand takes a lead of 100 runs over Australia, driving seat will be of New Zealand team and hence Australian will be under a big pressure against this inning lead.

Ross Taylor played a great inning of 235 runs just on 308 balls and Kane Williamson scored 166 runs of 250 balls. With the help of both these tremendous innings, New Zealand scored 510 runs and got very close to the Australian  first inning score, 559 runs.

South Africa: 214/10, India: 80/0, Day 2
Due to heavy rain at the M Chinnaswamy stadium in Bangalore, on Sunday, whole second day game of the second test match of the four match series between India and South Africa got vanished. Umpires found it impossible to have a game of single ball over the whole day and hence decided to stay outside of the field.

The hope for the upcoming day games of the match is also not very great as there is prediction of huge amount of rainfall during the upcoming 3 days. India was on the driving seat of the match, but now South Africans are getting a little bit help from the weather as they are lagging behind the Indian team in this test match. But now, South African bowlers will expect a little bit help from the pitch  after the rain because there might be a little help  for pacers from the pitch because of presence of moisture in the pitch due to rain.

South Africa:53/3 (17.0 Over), Day 1

India have won the toss and have opted to field in the second test match of the four test match series against South Africa, at the M Chinnaswamy stadium in Bangalore, on Saturday.

Recently, South Africa has lost three early wickets just at a score of 53 runs in 17 overs. Ashwin got both batsmen out by two brilliant deliveries in a same over.

Varun Aron got the third wicket of South Africa when he clean bowled out South Africa captain Amla .

Australia 556/4&264/4, New Zealand 

317/10&295/10
Australia has won the first test against New Zealand by 208 runs and take a 1-0 lead in the test series . Kane Williamson scored 59 runs and Brendon McCullum scored 80 runs, still New Zealand first inning packed up at a total score of just 295 runs in front of huge total of Australia and lost the match my 208 runs.

David Warner is declared as Man of the Match for scoring tow centuries in both the innings.

India 201/10 &200/10, South Africa 184/10 

&109/10, India won by 108 runs

With the help of 5 wicket tone from Ravindra Jadeja and 3 wicket from Ashwin, India won the first test match at Mohali stadium against South Africa as South African batting line-up got packed up at just a total score of 109 runs at day 3 of the Mohali test.

Ravindra Jadeja was declared the man of the match for his valuable 38 runs in first inning and total eight wickets in both the innings, which was the main cause of the South African loss against India.

Only four South African batsmen could make it possible to score in two digits and hence only a single long partnership for seventh wicket between Simon and Zyl of 42 runs became a sign of resistance from Africans.

West Indies 181/8, 32 overs

A one day match between West Indies and Sri Lanka got affected due to rain and umpires decided to reduce the number of overs to be played to 36 overs from 50 overs. Batting first, West Indies has scored 181 runs in 32 overs and a total game of 4 overs has been left for the West Indies innings.
Marlon Samuels has completed his century just on 85 balls and is still on the crease.


Australia 556/4&264/4, New Zealand 317/10

Australia has scored 264/4 in his second inning of the match and has taken a total lead of 503 runs over New Zealand as New Zealand first inning got packed up at just a total of 317 runs in front of 556 runs of Australians first inning score.


Joe Burns scored 129 runs of just 123 runs and David Warner scored 116 runs of just 113 balls, which helped Australia to take a huge lead of 503 runs over New Zealand. Kane Williamson scored 140 runs and fought alone against Australian bowlers, which helped New Zealand to reach a good total of 317 runs.
